How do reptiles regulate their body temperature? In Fricktal (AG), you learn exciting facts about lynxes, squirrels or snakes and lizards. On the Five-Senses Trail near Hüttwilen in the Seebachtal (TG) you learn about foxes, butterflies and raccoons. In Werdenberg (SG), the focus is on insects, birds of prey and bats. And in the Seeland (BE), you hear everything about the tactile senses of birds as well as which local forest dwelling animal is a gifted climber.

WWF vacation camps - getting children and young people excited about nature
WWF offers around 80 vacation camps for children and young people every year. Through positive experiences, they feel connected to nature and their environment, see themselves as part of it and develop compassion for other living creatures. They also gain a sense of environmental protection and responsible use of resources. Each vacation camp has a special theme, in which the children can immerse themselves in a different world for one or two weeks. The children and young people come with siblings, friends or alone and learn to interact independently in the group. Younger children have the opportunity to attend one of the popular family camps together with their parents.
