a.Usage data
When you visit our website, you transmit data to our web server via your Internet browser (for technical reasons). The following data is recorded during an ongoing connection for communication between your Internet browser and our web server:
  • the so-called referrer URL (the website from which you accessed our website)

The advertised goods and services are named in the declaration of consent.

The data you enter when registering for the newsletter will only be stored by us until you unsubscribe from our newsletter using the unsubscribe button. You can therefore cancel your registration at any time via the link provided in the newsletter or by sending us a corresponding message. Your e-mail address will then be deleted from the mailing list. First-time customers receive a newsletter as part of the onboarding process, which they can unsubscribe from at any time. The legal basis is Art. 31 FADP / Art. 6 para. 1 sentence 1 lit. a GDPR.

d.YouTube (Google) / Google Fonts (Web Fonts)
The provision of Google YouTube is exclusively in the interest of a uniform, appealing presentation, and illustration for the sale of our products, offers and services. When YouTube is accessed, Google automatically provides and loads the Web Fonts font to display the YouTube player.

YouTube belongs to Google. Google LLC is based in California, USA. It cannot be excluded that US authorities may access the data stored by Google. From a data protection perspective, the USA is also a third country that does not have the same level of data protection as Europe. For this reason, your voluntary consent is required under data protection law when you access YouTube, which you can give us via the cookie banner. You can also prevent Google from collecting the data generated by the cookie and relating to your use of the website and from processing and storing this data by Google by

a. not giving your consent to the setting of the cookie or
b. downloading and installing the browser add-on to deactivate Google Analytics HERE

If you have given your consent, personal data such as your name, e-mail address, location data and IP address are automatically stored on our website when you use YouTube videos. If the reader accesses the video display on our website, we have no influence on this functionality. When you call up a page, your browser loads the required web fonts into your browser cache in order to display texts and fonts correctly. For this purpose, the browser you are using must connect to Google's servers. This informs Google that our website has been accessed via your IP address. If the browser used by the user does not support the proprietary Google Fonts font, only a standard font will be used by this computer.

The recipient of the data is Google Ireland Limited, Gordon House, Barrow Street, Dublin 4, Ireland. The data is only stored for a short time; it is automatically deleted after the session.

The legal basis and revocation option for the processing of the data entered is your consent, which is given based on Art. 32 FADP / Art. 6 para. 1 lit. a GDPR. You can also withdraw your consent at any time with effect for the future. Further information on Google's privacy policy and terms of use and Google Web Fonts can be found at and at and at as well as in Google's privacy policy:

e.Google Maps
Google Maps is web mapping platform provided by the US company Google LLC. The earth's surface can be viewed as street maps, aerial photography, or satellite imagery, whereby the locations of institutions or known objects are also displayed. The use of the «Application Programming Interface» API of the Google Maps map service, a programming interface, is in the interest of an appealing presentation of our online offers and easy findability of the places we have indicated on the website. Google Maps also automatically loads Google Web Fonts when it is called up.
The provider is Google Inc, 1600 Amphitheatre Parkway, Mountain View, CA 94043, USA. To use the functions of Google Maps, it is necessary to save the IP address of your computer. This information is usually transmitted to a Google server in the USA and stored there. The recipient of the data is Google Ireland Limited, Gordon House, Barrow Street, Dublin 4, Ireland. We have no influence on this data transfer, which is why your consent is required to comply with data protection law. You can find more information on the handling of user data in Google's privacy policy: .

f.Google Analytics and Google Signals
This website uses Google Analytics 4, a web analytics service provided by Google LLC. The controller for users in the EU/EEA and Switzerland is Google Ireland Limited, Google Building Gordon House, 4 Barrow St, Dublin, D04 E5W5, Ireland ("Google").

Nature and purpose of processing
Google Analytics uses cookies that enable us to analyze your use of our website. The information collected by the cookies about your use of this website is usually transferred to a Google server in the USA and stored there.

We use the user ID function. With the help of the user ID, we can assign a unique, permanent ID to one or more sessions (and the activities within these sessions) and analyze user behavior across devices.

We use Google Signals. This allows Google Analytics to collect additional information about users who have activated personalized ads (interests and demographic data) and can be delivered to these users in cross-device remarketing campaigns.

In Google Analytics 4, the anonymization of IP addresses is activated by default. Due to IP anonymization, your IP address will be shortened by Google within member states of the European Union, Switzerland or in other contracting states of the Agreement on the European Economic Area. Only in exceptional cases will the full IP address be transmitted to a Google server in the USA and truncated there. According to Google, the IP address transmitted by your browser as part of Google Analytics will not be merged with other Google data.

Purposes of the processing
On behalf of the operator of this website, Google will use this information to evaluate your use of the website and to compile reports on website activity. The reports provided by Google Analytics are used to analyze the performance of our website and the success of our marketing campaigns.

Recipients of the data are/may be:
  • Google Ireland Limited, Gordon House, Barrow Street, Dublin 4, Ireland (as processor pursuant to Art. 28 GDPR)
  • Google LLC, 1600 Amphitheatre Parkway Mountain View, CA 94043, USA
  • Alphabet Inc., 1600 Amphitheatre Parkway Mountain View, CA 94043, USA
Third country transfer
For the USA, the European Commission adopted its adequacy decision on July 10, 2023. Google LLC is certified under the EU-US Privacy Framework. Since Google servers are distributed worldwide and a transfer to third countries (for example to Singapore) cannot be completely excluded, we have also concluded the EU standard contractual clauses with the provider.

Storage duration
The data sent by us and linked to cookies is automatically deleted after 14 months. The maximum lifespan of Google Analytics cookies is 2 years. Data whose retention period has been reached is automatically deleted once a month.

Legal basis
The legal basis for this data processing is your consent in accordance with Art. 31 nFADP / Art. 6 para. 1 sentence 1 lit. a GDPR.

You can withdraw your consent at any time with effect for the future by accessing the cookie settings HERE and changing your selection there. This does not affect the lawfulness of the processing carried out based on the consent until revocation.

You can also prevent the storage of cookies from the outset by setting your browser software accordingly. However, if you configure your browser to reject all cookies, this may limit the functionality of this and other websites. You can also prevent the collection of data generated by the cookie and related to your use of the website (including your IP address) to Google and the processing of this data by Google by

a. not giving your consent to the setting of the cookie or

b. downloading and installing the browser add-on to deactivate Google Analytics HERE
