Finreon inspires customers with a charming campaign
Finreon Ltd. had countless bouquets delivered in Switzerland and abroad and caused great enthusiasm. CEO Dr. Ralf Seiz still looks back with pleasure.
Dr. Seiz, your company ordered a lot of tulip bouquets at the beginning of spring. Who were they for?
We wanted to show our appreciation to our customers and business partners in Switzerland and abroad for their loyalty and
patronage.
Why did you choose flowers?
The target audience was almost 90% male. As they don't usually receive flowers, we thought they would react particularly positively.
But of course, flowers are also well received by women.
Why did you decide on spring?
For many, it's their favorite season. I think we're automatically more open and receptive. It's a good condition for such an action. So, we opted for white tulips, in keeping with the season. Tulips are one of the favorite
flowers in spring, and white gives an impression of style and elegance.
And were your expectations met?
To be honest, they were exceeded. The surprise and enthusiasm were great. As an asset management service provider, we're usually perceived as
austere. All the more reason to appreciate this rather poetic campaign.
Did you include personalized card texts?
Yes, we even had a card designed with flowers and a custom text written especially for
this floral greeting. This has increased the joy and attention even more.
Was there any feedback?
Lots, some with photos. Some showed the bouquet with delighted recipients, others the spring greeting in a professional or private setting. One customer confessed that he had initially hoped to have a secret female admirer... but then brought the bouquet to his girlfriend.
She was so pleased that he decided to repeat the gesture in the future.
How did you experience the cooperation with our Corporate Services and our florists?
My experience has been very positive. Whether it was the corporate service or the florists, everything was very professional, and I can well imagine using flowers again on another occasion in the future.

Well, I really like flowers, especially white lilies. Their elegant appearance and refined scent have long seduced me.
