Blueberry and ginger tonic - a great summer drink

Refreshment after a hot day? A drink after work? You could get addicted to this great summer drink!
Ingredients (for 2 people)
250ml red berry juice; 2 tsp peeled, finely grated fresh ginger; 250ml tonic water; zest of half a lemon; a handful of blueberries; optional: a dash of gin
Method
  1. Pour the red berry juice and grated ginger into a container and leave to infuse for 5 minutes. If you don't want the grated ginger in the drink, you can strain it out. Now top up with tonic water and blueberries.
  2. Pour the drink into glasses and add a piece of lemon peel.
  3. Whether you add a dash of gin is up to you.
  4. Stir the blueberry and ginger tonic well and ... enjoy!
Tip
You can also use just blueberry juice if you don't want it too fruity.
