Vintage outfit for your plant
Vintage or macramé fan? Then this original planter will go perfectly with your plant.
Materials
Thick cord; macramé cord; 2 plants; 2 silicone pots; scissors; comb; possibly sand; hot glue
Method
- Attach the cord to the bottom of the pot in a spiral using hot glue.
- Now glue the cord step by step to the outer wall of the pot until it is no longer visible.
- Place the plant in the pot and sprinkle some sand over the soil if necessary.
- Take the macramé cord, wrap it around your hand a few times and tie it together at the top with another piece of cord.
- Now you can cut the lower ends apart with the scissors and comb the fringes. This will give you a beautiful tassel.
- Cut another piece of macramé cord and tie it around the pot. For the last wrap, pull the tassels through the cord and knot the cord at the back of the pot.
Tip
Make sure that the pot does not have a hole at the bottom so that no water leaks out when watering the plant.
