Father's Day - with a pampering program for dad

Experience shows that mothers tend to be spoiled. Try it with dad. He'll probably be touched if you take care of him for once on Father's Day.
Events with a family character
For many fathers, the way to the heart is (also) through the stomach. So why not cater to dad's wishes at breakfast? And later plan lunch and/or dinner with his favorite dishes and perhaps invite his friends?

A barbecue in the garden or a barbecue trip to his favorite fireplace would also be conceivable. The important thing is that HE doesn't have to do everything in the end but can really sit back and be pampered.
Hiking, camping, or cycling?
Why not go hiking, camping or on a bike tour for the whole family? You can choose a nice route in good time and end the hike or bike ride with a delicious picnic. As the equipment may be difficult to transport, someone could come to the meeting point by car.

For camping, you could choose the nearest lake and sleep in tents. There are lakes where fishing from the shore is permitted even without a fishing license. You could catch fish there and grill them on the barbecue in the evening.
Sporting variety for adventurers
Why not spend Father's Day on the water? There are many options depending on the region, such as canoe tours, rafting, hiring a barbecue boat or going canoeing or pedal boating on a lake.

Those who like it unusual and fun could also book a quad bike tour or visit a climbing park or high ropes course with family and friends. For the latter, however, participants should be free from giddiness.
Flowers
Flowers and decorations are not just a «woman's thing»
Don't forget that Dad's favorite flowers, flowery table decorations and other items set the mood and give Father's Day a special touch. You can find tips for especially cool Father's Day decorations HERE
