Cool - a lively fellow made of clay

Show that this wonderful season can also be cool and fun with this chipper little clay man.
Materials
2 clay pots (1 smaller for the head, 1 larger for the body); string; 4 small wooden balls with hole; jute for the face; 1 plant for the hair (e.g., Festuca glauca, Muehlenbeckia, Calocephalus, heather (calluna), etc.); self-adhesive eyes; pencil for nose and mouth; hot glue.
Method
  1. From the string, cut 2 shorter pieces for the arms and 2 much longer for the legs.
  2. Put the pieces of string through the hole in the wooden balls and fasten them by making a thick knot at one end (or several knots on top of each other).
  3. Now the smaller pot gets a face. For this, cut a piece of jute and glue it to the small pot.
  4. Place the plant in the smaller pot. It represents the hair.
  1. Glue the eyes to the jute that represents the face.
  2. Glue the arms (shorter pieces of string) to the top of the large pot.
  3. Glue the small pot onto the large one.
  4. Cut two circles of jute and glue them on the «little belly».
  5. Tie a piece of string around the «neck» and make a nice bow.
  6. Draw the nose and mouth on the face with the pencil.
  7. Finally, glue the legs together with the feet to the big pot.
Tip
Depending on which plant you use for the hair, the clay man gets a completely different look. In other words, why not make several guys, each with different hair (different plants). Looks funny!
