Netcloud – and the somewhat different kind of HRM

Netcloud – and the somewhat different kind of HRM

Most of the flowers that Netcloud orders are for the birthdays of the employees' partners. That is special. We had a chat with Barbara Truninger.
Ms. Truninger, you regularly order birthday bouquets on behalf of Netcloud. For whom exactly?
Since the company was founded, Netcloud, which is based in Winterthur, Basel, and Bern, has cultivated a very generous and unique relationship with its employees and their partners. The human being always comes first with us. That is why partners are surprised with a bouquet of flowers on their birthday. We know how important good partners are and thank them for their positive influence.
How do you organize the bouquet delivery
We ask the employees if they want the flowers to be sent to the partner's home or business address. Then I place the order with you via our corporate account, choosing the bouquet and writing a message How is this gesture received?for the card that's as personal as possible. Thanks to Fleurop, this is very easy.
How is this gesture received?
Very good, both with long-time employees and with new employees who have never experienced this before. It is rather rare for a company to think of life partners. Of course, the partners are delighted. There is hardly anyone who does not respond, be it with an email or via WhatsApp - even with a picture.
Is there an experience that you remember?
Once, in late summer, a partner received a bouquet in which there was a berry branch. The bouquet was on the table. Her young son climbed on the table unattended and ate from the berries. Afterwards, the worried mother called to know if the berries were poisonous. The Fleurop Corporate Services Team was able to help me immediately: after clarification with the florist, it turned out to be a blackberry branch.
Have you always ordered your flowers via Fleurop?
Flowers are an important part of my life. In fact, being a florist was my dream job. The company where I did my introductory internship even recognized my enormous talent. But things changed, and I went into business, then event management, which I've never regretted. In my current job, too, I can be very creative and there's often a need for flowers. I love all flowers, but my favorite are roses, especially pink ones.o. We used to call the local florist and order the bouquets there. But since the flower recipients work or live in very different places and the number of employees has grown steadily over the past decades, it's much easier via Fleurop. In addition, we have the corporate account, which also pays off financially.
How do you feel about flowers? Do you have a favorite one?

Thank you very much for the interview, Ms. Truninger.
